For many years now I’ve been representing consumers in the court of law, related to Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. I’m honest, upfront and able to solve your toughest problems.

I’ll be happy to speak about the benefits of your options, as well as find a program that fits your financial needs. I’ve learned the bankruptcy system in the District of Utah and feel very comfortable in the court room.

Utah is a western state known for the massive amount of Mormon population within the region. Despite being the 13th largest state by volume, roughly eighty percent of the population is all centered on Salt Lake City. The rest of the state is nearly uninhabited in most areas.

Utah has a dry, semi-arid climate throughout most of the state, but the various mountain ranges allow for some variation. Temperatures are quite extreme. The temperatures in the winter are very cold, due to the elevation, while the summers are very hot stateside.

Utah bankruptcy lawyers are easiest to locate in the Salt Lake City area, where most of the state’s population is. There are a few smaller cities and towns around that area, but the regions with the largest population will have the most choices.

Once you settle on calling a particular firm, make sure to have some questions ready for them, even if it’s your first call. Make absolutely sure that you ask if they offer a free initial consultation. If you forget, you could be paying up to a few hundred dollars just to meet with them. Keep in mind that you can always go to other firms, as well. Just because you meet with one doesn’t mean you have to use their services.
